1. 30-Day Return Window
You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date you receive your physical item to request a return. If 30 days have elapsed since your package was marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original retail packaging.
2. Free Returns (No Restocking Fees, No Return Shipping Costs)
To eliminate any ambiguity and completely fulfill Google Merchant Center’s consumer fairness regulations, we provide Free Returns.
- Return Shipping Fee: $0.00. Wact covers all return transit costs by providing a prepaid shipping label.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00. We never charge a restocking, handling, or administrative fee for processed returns.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these explicit instructions precisely:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@wact.shop with your original Order Number (e.g., #WACT1001), your name, and a clear description of the reason for the return (attaching photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective is highly appreciated).
- Receive Your Label: Once your return request is reviewed and authorized by our staff (typically within 24 hours), we will email you a printable, prepaid return shipping label along with explicit instructions on how to package the item.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest carrier location as specified on the prepaid label. Do not mail packages back to the manufacturer or the origin address on the parcel without our written authorization.
4. 10-Day Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse facility, it will undergo a mandatory quality assurance inspection to verify its condition.
- We will immediately send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether the return has been approved or rejected based on item condition.
- If approved, your refund will be finalized and applied directly back to your original payment method (e.g., your Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal account, etc.).
- Processing Window: The refund will take up to 10 business days to be fully processed and settled by our payment systems. Please note that your banking institution or credit card issuer may require an additional 2-5 business days to post the credit to your statement.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@wact.shop. In such cases, we will swiftly prioritize your request and arrange for an immediate replacement or a full refund at absolute zero extra cost to you.
6. Cancellations and Order Modifications
Because we strive to process and dispatch orders as rapidly as possible (within our 1-3 day handling window), order cancellations or modifications can only be requested within 12 hours of order placement. If the order has already entered our automated fulfillment sequence or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the order cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the package and then initiate a standard 30-day free return.
